Do I need to be an expert on the Culture Design Canvas to join?
The Masterclass is designed both for newbies and people who have been using the Canvas for a while – and want to take their skill to the next level.
Is this a live or a recorded class?
The Masterclass happens in real-time – it's a live, online program. You'll learn by completing various exercises and activities with other participants rather than just watching a video.
You'll learn from the facilitators, but also from other students. Our programs are diverse and global by design – you'll collaborate with like-minded people who do the work and bring different experiences.
Most importantly, you'll become a member of our private Fearless Culture community so you can continue to interact with and learn from over thousands of global practitioners.

Why does it last longer than most online workshops?
The Masterclass is an immersive experience for committed participants. No one in the Masterclass is fooling around or looking for a quick fix. You'll be surrounded by other people who want to be the best and are willing to do the work and actively participate.
The workshop takes 6 hours – but don't worry about the duration. We’ll take breaks, run energizing activities in between exercises to guarantee an engaging and fun experience.
Our workshops are diverse and global by design, with people joining from multiple time zones – some finish the class at weird. However, everyone agrees that time flies: our Masterclass has consistently received 5 stars in Google.
Do I need to prepare for the Masterclass?
Yes, we will send you reading materials and an exercise that you have to complete in advance. Participants usually spend 30-90 minutes preparing for the session.
What do I get at the end of the Masterclass?
At the end of the workshop, you'll have access to all the activities you completed and receive a packet with the slides, the exercises, templates, additional reading and resources, and the culture design facilitation guide (exclusive to Masterclass attendees).
You will also receive a certificate that you can add to your LinkedIn profile as well as a PDF version, suitable for printing and framing.
Most importantly, after the program, you can continue participating and learning in the Fearless Culture private community with thousands of global practitioners.
What’s the cancellation policy?
In the unlikely event that the Masterclass is cancelled, you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund (unless you want to join another session).
If you cannot attend, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague. Due to the limited size of our programs, we don’t offer refunds to no-shows. We might try to accommodate you into future sessions, depending on availability. Changes requested within 7 days of the class date, will generate an extra charge.
